I have had the joy and privilege of playing the piano and singing for over 40 years. I began my classical piano training at the age
of six, completing Grade 8 Toronto Conservatory and grade 2 theory. Through my love of popular music, I developed a good feel for melodies which allows me to play mostly by ear today.

As with most musicians, I’m incredibly thankful and forever indebted to my parents who provided the means, the encouragement and instilled in me a love of music. Our happiest times over the years have been playing and singing together.

I play a wide range of songs from light jazz, folk, and Motown to popular soft rock -- improvising and creating melodies to enhance the ambiance of any occasion. My material ranges from the ‘40s through to today. I cover a great number of artists including James Taylor, Louis Armstrong, Elton John, The Beatles, Cold Play, Five For Fighting, Bruce Hornsby, The Eagles, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young to name a few. As the proud father of young children, I am constantly exposed to the latest tunes. This allows me to keep my material fresh and enjoyable to a broad range of age groups.

To suit your event needs, I will play background music, play and sing for or with a crowd, sing for a special occasion or lead a caroling party at Christmas time. It is a gift that I would like to share with you, your families, colleagues and guests.
